We often get calls and emails from employees and retirees of AT&T regarding online articles concerning the direction the company “is taking” on a variety of topics. If the misinformation cited in the most recent online rag referenced above is causing you unwanted aggravation, questions and concerns regarding your benefits eligibility and/or landmark dates related to eligibility for certain retirement benefits, please contact your Area/Chief steward or Business representative. |

Unemployment Fraud Scheme
12/23/20 - International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local Union 21 Recently, IBEW 21 officers and staff have been fielding inquiries from our members working for AT&T regarding what appears to be an unemployment fraud scheme. After receiving a number of calls, our Local’s officers and staff opened an investigation and found that the scheme appears to be affecting both our members as well as several managers. When we learned of these problems senior management at AT&T was contacted. The Company is currently unware of any potential security breaches. We’ve been told AT&T is now investigating the situation and we stand ready to assist them in every way possible. |

Toys For Tots/Boys & Girls
12/20/20 - IBEW local 2325 Thank you to all the members who donated. This year IBEW Local 2325 was able to provide hundreds of toys to the Marine Toys for Tots program and the Boys and Girls club. Every year this membership comes through big for the holidays. It has been a tough 2020 and the children of Massachusetts need our help more than ever. |

Help Support Garren Taylor
12/09/20 - IBEW Local 659 Friday morning Garren Taylor, Apprentice with Titan fell from 25-30 feet while working. He sustained severe brain injury’s and was airlifted & rushed into brain surgery to stop the bleeding. Garren has a long road to recover and will need full time care for who knows how long. Anything and everything is so appreciated- including prayers. |
