Online and phone reservations are now being accepted for the 2011 Apprenticeship Graduation Ceremony on June 4th, 2011 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Ventura.
The deadline for room reservations with the special discounted rate is May 31,2011. Only a limited amount of rooms are available at the special rate so don't delay.

Reservation / Cancellation Policy:
Reservations must be guaranteed by credit card or advance deposit for the first nights stay. All guest cancellation notices must be received before 6pm the day prior to arrival. Any guest cancellation after 6pm, the day prior to arrival, will result in a forfeiture of all deposits.
The Ventura County Electrical Apprenticeship will not be responsible for refunding of deposits. Please be sure to review the cancellation policy with the Crowne Plaza prior to making a room reservation.
